The country

The Professor's House is surrounded by a one-hectare property with many hazel trees north, the fruit trees and the vegetable garden west, lawn and other hazel trees south. As for the fruit trees we have apples, pears, peaches, cherries, sour cherries, apricots, figs. A long line of grapes marks the property's limits North and East. Just outside the house we have a flowery shady gazebo. Thanks to the country surrounding the house, you will experience the colours, the sounds and the smells like 50 or 100 years ago.

If you wish to enjoy the country activities even more, we can propose:

Winter: wine decanting in the cellar, some early work in the vegetable garden, fruit trees pruning

Spring: wine bottling, vegetable garden seeding, haymaking, cherries and strawberries harvest

Summer: fruit harvest, vegetable garden work, honey extracting from honeycomb, hazelnut harvest

Autumn: grape harvest, wine making, winter apples harvest

These activities can vary from year to year
